Everything was very nice. People who works there are very nice.

I usually got a checklist of everything checked and fluids filled. This time nothing. Just a comment that everything was fine. You raised the price and lessened the services or so it appears.

Everything went good even after a discrepancy with the tires. How ever, the car ran out of windshield fluid 2 days later and the oil was never changed. Not sure who ever prepared the car forsale. But there were clearly some things over looked. The brakes also only have 30% life left. Only giving a 5 star rating incase it affects someone’s pay realistically 4 star.

Completely terrible experience, didnt fix the problem, didn't reschedule to fix the part that was wrong, their recall. The moment I drove on the property more issues with the vehicle I had just purchased began acting up. The employees, all made me feel out of place, like my money wasn't good enough for them. I contemplated getting in touch with the owner, but I let it go. Still assuming the part that they claimed is on backorder....however I doubt it. I think ill find another certified service tech somewhere else.

Arrived for appointment request inspection of occasional erratic shifting on the 2019 GMC Terrain with 26092 miles. The Service Advisor, Brian, was very helpful before and after inspecting and road testing without duplicating the occasional shifting error. They were very thorough inspecting and road testing so they did a good job.

Brian Kenyon was great, had the right amount of patience and very knowledgeable

Said they would change out sensor modual in mirror warning light. If it kept failing to pick up vehicles. 2 times before they said there was somehing wrong this time they said they were OK. Don't agree with them. Told them about having to heat control. Up to 80 or above to get warm air. They said that was normal. Just turn to 80 or above then turn down to heat you want. I have never had a vehicle where I had to do that. Also when they brought paper work in to counter I heard them say my name and started to laugh and said good luck made me feel like I was a joke to them. Will never recommend them to anyone. Or that dealer ship.

I came over without an appointment, as the battery in my Silverado had died and I needed a new one installed. Although the shop was busy, they were able to 'work me in' for this short appointment. The new battery was installed and system checked in a very timely manner and the install cost was less than other local service shops. The battery was of high quality with an excellent warranty. I am 73 years old and had a battery failure on my 2018 GMC Seirra 1500 but was able to get it started but afraid to stop the engine because it definitely would not start up again without having to call for road service. I called Pinegar and told them the story and they were able to work me in to have the battery replaced without me having to turn the engine off. The staff were very understanding about my situation and made accommodations to help me. I will continue to do all my service work at Pinegar.

I have been dissatisfied with Penigar from the day I bought the 2025 Trax. I was lied to by Alex. I have mentioned it in the past but evidently lying is allowed. I came in for a diagnosis for my temp gauge acting up and bouncing up and down and the cooling fans running at high speed. My service advisor Alex got my truck in at my scheduled appointment and within 30 minutes came back and told me I needed a radiator and the quote was around $2500. I reluctantly approve the ordering of the new radiator and was told I would have to pay a $150 deposit up front and I did. I have been driving the truck now for a week with no leaks, but the temp gauge is still bouncing around, and the fans are still running. I would like my deposit on the radiator back and a proper diagnosis of what my vehicles issue really is.

Dan Mae’s was wonderful with us. He had everything ready for us to sign when we got there. He explained all the bells and whistles on my new Trailblazer. Was a wonderful experience.

Had the front light up emblem installed on my Canyon. Left & checked over everything before I drove an hour back home. The wire was not routed per the instructions & all the excess was just sat loose up at the top drivers side. I called & told them I was headed back to have it done right. The told me they used the Sierra 1500 install instructions thinking it would be the same for my Canyon. I showed them the instructions that I downloaded from the GM part website & told them I want it done the way I paid for it to be done, right. He took my phone into the shop so they could look it over. Not sure why they didn't have instructions for the Canyon or why they couldn't print it off. It was such a hassle & ruined my plans afterwards on my day off. I checked it over again & the front top bumper facia isnt lining up with the bottom. But i wasnt about to have them touch my truck again. I will not be going back her for any work.

My vehicle was scheduled for a 6-8 hour service appointment. The dealership gave me a loaner vehicle. They went above and beyond in getting service done. I was shown how worn my tires were. I mentioned that I was going to be leaving for an 8 hour drive for Christmas to see family. They strongly recommended new tires. None were in stock so they completed the repairs in time for me to go get tires put on before the close of business. Sales and service folks exemplified true caring and professionalism! I had been referred to Doug B. at Pinegar by a friend that, like me, doesn't appreciate having time wasted by playing games with pricing. Doug was the penultimate Sales Consultant, having great product knowledge and understanding my impatience. I had decided I would get a gas 2500 HD and Doug sent me info on the diesel via text. When I got home and looked at the text, I changed my mind, canceled the gas order and bought the diesel off the lot. Between Doug and Mike in Finance, we were able to finalize the deal quickly and to everyone's satisfaction! Incredible dealer employees!

Oil change was quick and easy

The salesman Gary Camp was great. He answered all of our questions and we didn’t feel pressured to make quick decisions.

The service I received seemed to be the bare minimal. Maybe things have changed due to how busy everyone is. In the past it use to be when you got your car serviced, they also cleaned the inside of you car. Vacuumed ect. I appreciated the 20% discount. Maybe that's why they didn't clean the inside. Anyway, however, I'm having trouble with my dash indicators. The speed limit indicator and compass is not working. I think as told when I was in for my service that it maybe due to on star. I was also told that there was a recall something associated with the dash but the parts were not in. That was Tuesday the 19th. Still haven't heard anything back. Hopefully the parts will help with the dash issues. Also my GPS does not work. I'm going on a long road trip this summer and would like these things fixed.

I took my car to Davis in Harrison ar to check and repair the front collision light. they kept it all daYAND over NIGHT. WHEN I PICKED up the car they told me it had to do with cruise control and would turn green while driving. I took the car to Pinegar and they had THE PROBLEM fixed in about 20 minutes. Said it was just a program fix..

A bit disappointed I asked for a tire rotation. I was told I did not need it. I asked why and was told the same. I asked if the tire pressure was checked. I was told it was suppose to be. I asked for a yes or no. His coworker stated "he told you it was suppose to be checked". Your employees did not want to give a clear answer nor did they offer me the opportunity to ask the technician.

We had a recall on our cars rearview back up camera. We called got an appointment for that. Which we got quickly. And in our route to our appointment the change oil light came on, so we asked if they could change it, since we were there, they also did that for us.
