So friendly and helpful! I needed some pins (brads) that were missing holding my mat for the trunk of my Buick and they jumped right on it! and now my mat won’t slip around. They go the extra mile for their customers! I recommend them highly!

as always, top notch service with a wonderful attitude toward customers. I explained how my car was telling that I needed a new air filter, but the tech showed me that it was fine and that they would continue to check it at every service going forward. It was wonderful that they didn't just go ahead and change it because the car said it was time!

I bought this truck brand new in 2020, the brakes have always made a groning noise. I told pinegar about it again and they didn't do anything about it. Its embarrassing to drive a truck of this quality and have that kind of noise.

Our experience with buying our truck in January 2025 was flawless and enjoyable. The salesperson was knowledgeable, patient in answering all our questions, and stayed with us through the process. Unbeknownst to us at the time, we also made contact with the owner in the parking lot who was very familiar with the history of the truck we were considering!! We will definitely go back for our next purchases.

I came to the dealership for my first oil change on my new Acadia. Also had two warning lights , ESC and Brake Assist. I received your text advising that you would keep me informed of the status of my vehicle. I sat for two and a half hours waiting, under the assumption it was being fixed. When I was contacted, it was not fixed and apparently it was necessary to order a part. I understand that. What I don`t understand is the lack of communication. Also not happy that there is no end in sight on the repair, since you don`t apparently have any idea when the part will be available.

Service Advisor knew what I was experiencing with the truck. He was able to get the truck looked at in timely manner. Appears to have corrected the problim.

I loved the moment that Brian Kenon walked across the parking lot and casually asked if I wanted to test drive the Malibu I was looking at, of course, I did. I had found it online. My hubby and I had researched cars for 3 months. I was stuck between Malibu, Eqenox, and Trax. The Malibu just did not feel right, so Brian was happy to let me test drive all 3 cars. I knew the 2nd I fully saw the black accents on summit white Trax that was my new baby. Brian was amazing and had patience through the whole experience. Adding meeting Mike to get us through our finance experience was effortless. We were done and heading to meet our crazy adult kids at SDC, as that was our true plans for the day by 2pm. Pinegar in Branson feels more like family than strangers after a seamless experience getting my dream Trax now named Pinny. Yes, named after my Pinegar experience.

My washer fluid tank needs to be replaced but needs to be ordered.

Outstanding experience! We originally came to test drive a '25 Malibu. The purchase was almost complete when staff brought a '25 Buick Envista Avenir into the showroom. The short story was that we decided on the Buick instead! Although both Doug and Mike had worked diligently and were almost finished with the Malibu paperwork, they were most kind and patient with our change of mind! They stayed past normal dealership hours to take care of us and send us on our way! We are EXTREMELY satisfied with our new car and the staff and service at Pinegar! Everything went good even after a discrepancy with the tires. How ever, the car ran out of windshield fluid 2 days later and the oil was never changed. Not sure who ever prepared the car forsale. But there were clearly some things over looked. The brakes also only have 30% life left. Only giving a 5 star rating incase it affects someone’s pay realistically 4 star.

Very timely. I was greeted with a friendly smile on a very hot day. Although it was already late in the day and heat, it did not seem to affect the young man who took care of my vehicle. Pinegar Branson has always been great to work with over the years.

Completely terrible experience, didnt fix the problem, didn't reschedule to fix the part that was wrong, their recall. The moment I drove on the property more issues with the vehicle I had just purchased began acting up. The employees, all made me feel out of place, like my money wasn't good enough for them. I contemplated getting in touch with the owner, but I let it go. Still assuming the part that they claimed is on backorder....however I doubt it. I think ill find another certified service tech somewhere else.

I came over without an appointment, as the battery in my Silverado had died and I needed a new one installed. Although the shop was busy, they were able to 'work me in' for this short appointment. The new battery was installed and system checked in a very timely manner and the install cost was less than other local service shops. The battery was of high quality with an excellent warranty. My truck has 25 thousand miles on it. I have taken in to the dealership 3 times for speaking and groaning brakes and I get told every time that is normal.

Arrived for appointment request inspection of occasional erratic shifting on the 2019 GMC Terrain with 26092 miles. The Service Advisor, Brian, was very helpful before and after inspecting and road testing without duplicating the occasional shifting error. They were very thorough inspecting and road testing so they did a good job.

Said they would change out sensor modual in mirror warning light. If it kept failing to pick up vehicles. 2 times before they said there was somehing wrong this time they said they were OK. Don't agree with them. Told them about having to heat control. Up to 80 or above to get warm air. They said that was normal. Just turn to 80 or above then turn down to heat you want. I have never had a vehicle where I had to do that. Also when they brought paper work in to counter I heard them say my name and started to laugh and said good luck made me feel like I was a joke to them. Will never recommend them to anyone. Or that dealer ship.

My vehicle was scheduled for a 6-8 hour service appointment. The dealership gave me a loaner vehicle. They went above and beyond in getting service done. I was shown how worn my tires were. I mentioned that I was going to be leaving for an 8 hour drive for Christmas to see family. They strongly recommended new tires. None were in stock so they completed the repairs in time for me to go get tires put on before the close of business. Sales and service folks exemplified true caring and professionalism! They made sure my car was safe!

I am 73 years old and had a battery failure on my 2018 GMC Seirra 1500 but was able to get it started but afraid to stop the engine because it definitely would not start up again without having to call for road service. I called Pinegar and told them the story and they were able to work me in to have the battery replaced without me having to turn the engine off. The staff were very understanding about my situation and made accommodations to help me. I will continue to do all my service work at Pinegar.

I came in for a diagnosis for my temp gauge acting up and bouncing up and down and the cooling fans running at high speed. My service advisor Alex got my truck in at my scheduled appointment and within 30 minutes came back and told me I needed a radiator and the quote was around $2500. I reluctantly approve the ordering of the new radiator and was told I would have to pay a $150 deposit up front and I did. I have been driving the truck now for a week with no leaks, but the temp gauge is still bouncing around, and the fans are still running. I would like my deposit on the radiator back and a proper diagnosis of what my vehicles issue really is.

Had the front light up emblem installed on my Canyon. Left & checked over everything before I drove an hour back home. The wire was not routed per the instructions & all the excess was just sat loose up at the top drivers side. I called & told them I was headed back to have it done right. The told me they used the Sierra 1500 install instructions thinking it would be the same for my Canyon. I showed them the instructions that I downloaded from the GM part website & told them I want it done the way I paid for it to be done, right. He took my phone into the shop so they could look it over. Not sure why they didn't have instructions for the Canyon or why they couldn't print it off. It was such a hassle & ruined my plans afterwards on my day off. I checked it over again & the front top bumper facia isnt lining up with the bottom. But i wasnt about to have them touch my truck again. I will not be going back her for any work.

I'm 60 years old and have purchased 12 to 15 new vehicles. I used to absolutely hate trading for a new auto!! I've used Pinegar for my last 5 auto purchases and it's been a joy. Doug B and Mr Fletcher are great to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable and personable. All my deals have been great right out of the gate. The service departments at both Pinegar locations are superb too! I will not purchase or have service at any other dealership!

The price for an oil change was so much more than in the I past so I couldn't get my tires rotated. The lady that took my money was not very pleasant. I have been dissatisfied with Penigar from the day I bought the 2025 Trax. I was lied to by Alex. I have mentioned it in the past but evidently lying is allowed. We have been with Penigar for years so i am very disappointed from that day forward. Thank You Dawn Youngs
